In the Printed-Circuit-Board (PCB) production, the quality of the surface is the most important. High-quality and complex PCBs require sophisticated, high quality rack-systems.

What kind of rack system is most suitable for your requirements depends on your products (PCBs), your mounting equipment and galvanic process.

Depending on your galvanic process, we exclusively use Stainless Steel 316 Ti or Titanium, PVDF (Teflon) or PEEK. For isolation one of the following two coatings is used: Halar ® E-CTFE or ETFE. Because the electrical conductivity of Titanium and Stainless Steel is limited, we developed a special procedure, where the vertical tube of the rack is filled with a copper core.
