PCB-Baskets are suitable for special processes and wide tanks in the operating direction. Through parallel arrangement of the panels, a higher throughput can typically be achieved.

Particularly worth mentioning is the flexibility of these baskets. Thanks to our continuous and long guide bars as well as changeable rolls and axles, almost all different sizes of panels can be used.

PCB-Baskets can be designed for rigid panels as of 2.0 mm and thicker. Flexible PCB’s and foils are first put in frames and stacked and only then inserted into the basket as a compact package. In one basket, this compact package of flexible/foils is compatible with rigid panels, by changing the rolls.
