PCB-Clamps

PCB-Clamps are predominantly used for fully automatic assembly and disassembly. We also recommend our PCB-Clamps for manual loading. If the clamps are equipped with our special sealing, the stripping process is considerably reduced.

Opening and closing of the PCB-Clamp is done via a pneumatic cylinder.

Opening of the PCB-Clamp is done manually and closing thanks to a pressure-spring.

PCB-Clamps can be designed for frontal or vertical loading. Panels with a thickness of 0.2 - 5.0 mm can be used. For thicker panels Parallel-Clamps are recommended.

For flexible panels/ foils or flight-bars with vibration, we recommend a Bottom-Guide-Frame. Bottom-guide-frames are installed once on the flight-bar and available in various types: for tensioning or supporting, adjustable
or fix.

Bottom-Guide-Frames for tensioning are used for thin panels. The PCBs are strongly clamped and tensioned via the bottom-guide-frame. This ensures that the PCB is not damaged during bath agitation and that deposition happens in a constant manner.

Bottom-Guide-Frames for supporting are recommended for thick and rigid panels. The panels are put into a bottom fixture, to avoid swinging of the panel in the tank and to reduce vibration. This set up also avoids panels dropping into the bath.
