Depending on procedures and application areas, we use different plastic coatings as insulation and corrosion protection. In our in-house coating sites, we mainly coat Galvano racks with the proven PROTEFAN® coating.

As pretreatment, all parts are glass bead treated and grounded. The PROTEFAN® coating is very much able to work under mechanical pressure due to its coating thickness and viscosity.

We predominantly use additional coatings like HALAR® E-CTFE or ETFE for racks for printed circuit boards and circuit board cages. This coating is especially resistant against chemicals and stitches through its especially homogenous surface.
