For parts, where Tilting-Racks are not sufficient, Turning-Racks are a good alternative. On Turning-Racks parts undergo a complete 360° turn. Parts are positioned one below the other, fixed on changeable cross-beams. Electrical conductivity is ensured via various contact points. The turning mechanism supports the agitation in the tank and contributes to an optimal surface-finishing.

The racks are powered by a strong, encapsulated engine above the rack. Speed can be perfectly adjusted via a potentiometer. The current supply is either ensured directly via the process line or via powerful, encapsulated storage battery packages.

Thereby the loading status of the battery is directly shown at the casing, via LED lights. Power transmission either happens through constant gear wheels or via a gear shift control.
