Parts with complicated geometry, blind holes, cross holes or holes in multiple directions, can cause significant complications during the electroplating process, due to inclusions of air, or dragging chemistry from one tank to the next. To avoid this problematic, we developed a range of Moving-Racks, which we customize to your specific requirements.

Movable-Racks
On Tilting-Racks the single or double-sided cross beams follow a swinging movement. As a result air inclusions and dragged chemistry are set free from the parts, which allows for uniform finishing of the parts. To allow for maximum flexibility, the cross-beams can be changed and equipped with cross-beams for other components.
